        Established in 2002, the Crud to Mud event sees solo participants and teams of two ski or board from the top of Whistler Mountain to the snow line. At that point those competing solo hop onto a bike, as does the second person on each solo team, and race through the Whistler Blackcomb Mountain Bike Park.

        Established in 1991, the annual Whistler Valley Trail Run sees participants, both locals and visitors, test their limits in a 5 km (3 mi) and a 10 km (6 mi) run. The day begins with a Teddy Bear Trot for kids and during the main race runners can drop the little ones off at the Kids Drop Zone. Snacks are offered after the event and prizes are awarded.

                      This challenging mountain bike race covers 72 km (45 mi) of terrain includingiu loads of vertical climbs. Those looking for a shorter race can try the Pique Cheakamus Lite, which covers the final 40 km (25 mi) of the trail. The race starts at Squamish Airport and festivities including a BBQ, live entertainment and an awards ceremony takes place after the event at Dusty's.
